Here's the coat of arms I just created for someone who responded to this blog. I've made it into a bookplate.

    This series was wonderful and the links you provided were very useful. I'm really interested in creating my own now, it's seems like such a great outlet to show the world who you are. Is there a certain program you use or recommend?

    I purchased a set of CDs of heraldry art from Armorial Gold. Here's the link. http://www.heraldryclipart.com/

    This is a quite extensive set and very well done.

    I like to work in Adobe Illustrator. However, the Armorial Gold art can be used in many different programs, which are delineated at the link above. Click on "All Products," then on "File Formats" to see a list of programs.
